About ten years ago, I lost a close friend and he was buried near where we grew up. In the dream I had, he'd been cremated and his ashes given to me. In the present day, his parents decided to take his ashes back and bury them. We had a ceremony where the urn was placed in a casket, along with a purse that had a bowl filled with dog food inside. After the ceremony, shots ring out, and my friends father is killed. I somehow rewind time, or go back in time, and keep him from getting shot. I see a tower in the distance where I think the shooter could have shot from. Eventually the dream switches, and I'm on a houseboat trip with my family and my best friend. I attempt to make a new salsa recipe from wild fruits and vegetables that I find on the shore. That night, we see the aurora, but it was unusually bright and in motion.
